On my way to work, I saw a fleet of Redbull Mini Coopers lining Buchannan Street at JapanTown and I had to take a picture of this. Also, if you notice, there are bags of ice next to each Mini, which looks like they were about to hand out Redbulls. I didn't stick around too long but if I had maybe I would be more wired right now..They give you wiiiiiiiiings...

So I would gather that if the cans did open on top of the vehicles that it would propel it backwards? I dunno. That's the kinda knowledge you get from taking physics 7A, 7B and 7C.
You need to over come frictional resistance of the street vs. the car plus gravity.
